Kate, a Reno, Nevada native, discovered her passion for veterinary medicine early on. While still in high school, she began working at a local veterinary clinic which fueled her desire to pursue a career in the field. In addition to her veterinary interests, Kate serves in the Nevada Air National Guard, occasionally traveling with her unit. This Winter she will graduate with a bachelor’s degree in biology and is hoping to be accepted into veterinary school.
Outside of her professional pursuits, Kate loves camping adventures with her partner and their dog, Louie, and cherishes time spent with family and friends. When she's not out exploring, she enjoys lounging at home with her cats, Mac and Wes.

Sue has been working in the veterinary field since graduating in 2018 from the Vet tech program at Miami-Dade College. She was born and raised in Miami and moved to Central Florida after getting married in 2019.

Melanie, born and raised in Orlando with Colombian roots, found her passion for animals intertwined with her love for science during her college journey. Her diverse experiences in shelter medicine, research, and small animal care, drive her to one day pursue a career as a veterinarian.

Miranda, born and raised in Miami, Florida, is deeply rooted in her passion for animals and medicine. Raised in the heart of Miami, Miranda's love for furry companions is evident through her own two dogs and a cat.

Ewelina has been in the veterinary field for 20 years. She graduated from the University of Life Sciences Faculty of Veterinary Medicine in Lublin, Poland. She was practicing small animal medicine as well as animal rehabilitation.

Aiden, who relocated from Chicago to Florida with her entire family a few years back, was immersed in the world of animal care from an early age. Growing up she spent a lot of time going to work with her mom at her aunt’s veterinarian clinic. Surrounded by dogs, cats, and now chickens, her love for animals extends to all creatures, not just the typical pets.

Courtney has been in the veterinary field for over 6 years but has been working with animals since a young age. Growing up Courtney raised livestock which sparked her passion for animals.

I was born and raised in Reno, NV, and have always had a deep love for animals. I started working with animals at a doggy day care, but realized that my real passion was with medicine and science. I love this field because it combines both of my passions, and I can use my knowledge and skills to help and advocate for those without a voice!

Tiffany has worked with animals for a little over three years now. She has worked in doggie daycares, and training facilities, and has now found a permanent place in the field of veterinary care as a veterinary assistant.

Ava was always around animals growing up. Her mom would often take her to work at a veterinary clinic at a young age. Going around big animals never scared Ava and gave her a big desire of the veterinary field. She hopes to follow the steps of her aunts and older sister of becoming a Veterinarian.

Laura is a veterinarian assistant at EVS of Kissimmee, Florida. She embarked on her journey with animals back in 2015 as a daycare manager, diving deeper into the world of veterinary medicine in 2019.

Lori is originally born and raised in San Diego, and later settled into Northern Nevada in 1980. With a background in law enforcement and animal control services, her transition to veterinary medicine in 2001 was a no-brainer.
