Nadia D.

Nadia has been working with animals professionally for the past few years and is currently a Certified Veterinary Assistant. Her journey into veterinary care began with a deep love for animals and a natural ability to comfort and care for them. Before joining the veterinary field, Nadia gained hands-on experience working in doggy daycares, boarding facilities, animal shelters, and volunteering with local rescue organizations. These experiences strengthened her passion for animal care and taught her how to handle pets with all kinds of personalities and needs. Now, she’s proud to be part of the EVS Pet Urgent Care team, where she brings compassion, patience, and a calming presence to every patient she meets. Nadia is also continuing her education to further her career in veterinary medicine and expand her skills in patient care.

Nadia was born and raised in Florida and has always felt at home around animals of all kinds from energetic dogs to feisty cats, and even the occasional bearded dragon to snakes. When she’s not at work, Nadia enjoys spending time with her own pets, exploring new coffee shops, and relaxing with a good book or true crime podcast. She has a special soft spot for senior pets and is always happy to offer a gentle cuddle or kind word to any animal needing a little extra love.
