Complete our simple online form with your pet's information

Wait From Home
Once checked-in you will be added to the wait que. No need to sit in a crowded lobby — relax at home with your pet.

Receive a Notification
We'll notify you when it's nearly your turn to head to EVS with your pet.

Arrive at EVS
Just check in at the kiosk on arrival — we’ll get your pet into an exam room as soon as possible.
What We Don't Treat
Our sole focus is on pet urgent care — therefore, we don’t treat the following:
Preventive care such as vaccines.
Life threatening cases — We do not hospitalize or provide surgical care.

Meet Our Managing Doctor
Dr. Carolyn Waller, DVM
With over 20 years of experience in veterinary medicine, Dr. Carolyn Waller brings advanced expertise in small animal, avian, and exotic pet care to our Reno urgent care team. A graduate of Ross University with clinical training at Tufts, she has completed intensive internships in avian and exotic medicine and has worked across emergency, critical care, and integrative veterinary services.
As a dedicated veterinarian and devoted mother, Dr. Waller believes in supporting work-life balance within the profession and delivering clear, reassuring communication to every pet parent. At EVS Pet Urgent Care, she is proud to help families get fast, high-quality care when their primary vet is unavailable and the ER isn’t the right fit.
