With over 16 years in veterinary medicine spanning emergency, general practice, and specialty care, Marisa brings a wealth of experience and heart to every team she’s part of. Originally from the Pacific Northwest, she made her way to Chicago by way of Alabama, where she now lives with her wife, their son, and their sweet Labrador, Lilo. In her free time, Marisa loves anything music-related, never passes up a chance for karaoke, and enjoys hitting the gym — all while holding a special soft spot for manatees.
